These terms cover your use of Bottled, an app for Fantasy Premier League mini-leagues. By using Bottled you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use it.
What Bottled is
Bottled links to a Fantasy Premier League mini-league you already belong to, works out who finished bottom each gameweek, and records the forfeit your league voted for. Your league decides the forfeits. We don’t.
No money, no wagering. Bottled has no payments, no purchases and no betting. Forfeits are social dares between friends. Nothing of value changes hands through the app, and you must not use it to organise gambling.
Your account
- You need to be 13 or older to use Bottled. If you’re under 18, get a parent or guardian’s permission.
- Sign in with Apple or Google. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Claim only your own FPL team. Claiming someone else’s is grounds for removal.
- Delete your account any time from Settings in the app. This is permanent.
Content you post
You keep ownership of the videos, photos and comments you upload. You give us a licence to store and display them to the members of the league you posted them in, for as long as you keep them up. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You must only upload content you have the right to share, and only of yourself or of people who agreed to be filmed.
What isn’t allowed
Don’t post, nominate or upload anything that is:
- Sexual, explicit or nude
- Violent, dangerous, or likely to get someone hurt
- Harassing, bullying, threatening or hateful
- Illegal, or encouraging anything illegal
- Someone else’s private information
- Filmed without the consent of the people in it
This applies to dares as well as videos. A dare that would require someone to break the law, get hurt, or humiliate themselves sexually is not acceptable, however the league voted.
Reporting and enforcement
Every video, comment and dare can be reported from inside the app, and you can block any member so you stop seeing their content. Reports go to us and we review them.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Serious cases — anything involving a minor, credible threats, or illegal content — are removed immediately and may be reported to the authorities.
Fantasy Premier League
Bottled reads publicly available data from the official Fantasy Premier League API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. If their data or API changes or becomes unavailable, parts of Bottled may stop working.
Availability
Bottled is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, that gameweek results will always be calculated on time, or that uploaded content won’t be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you care about.
Ending things
You can stop using Bottled and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change something significant we’ll say so in the app. Continuing to use Bottled after a change means you accept it.
